He was predeceased by: his son Daniel Fulmer; and his father Lynnford Fulmer, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Alice Fulmer; his wife Jean Fulmer; his son Uriel Fulmer; his siblings, Joseph Fulmer (Denise), Ronald Fulmer (Lety), Laura Wilson (late Dennis), Lynnford Fulmer (Patti), Johnie Fulmer and Charles Fulmer; and his cousin Mark Fulmer (Theresa). He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters in law, nieces and nephews, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Moonshot Program, through MD Anderson Cancer Center, or the American Heart Association.
