He is survived by: his wife Joyce A. Mann of West City; his children, Jonathan Mann of Johnston City and Jennifer Mann (Bill Baker) of West City, Illinois; his grandchildren, Miranda Johns, Zachary Johns of West City, Michael Mann (Dani) of Pennsylvania and Brittini Stinnett of Johnston City, Illinois; and his great grandchild Ellie. He is also survived by numerous other friends and relatives.
