James D. Tilley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James D. Tilley (West Dundee, Illinois), born in Dresden, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 28, 2025 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Harold Tilley and Mae Tilley; and his close friend Margaret A. "Peggy" Kline. He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa Hanley (Mitch) and Carrie Tilley (Doug Kolpak); his grandchildren, Shannon Croom (Samuel), Patrick Hanley (Stephanie), Kyle Kolpak (Chelsea Lane), Kelley Kolpak and Kody Kolpak; his great grandchildren, Kendall, Austin Croom, Logan and Tristan Hanley; and his siblings, Jean Bradberry, Rose Jubera (Ray) and Edgar Ray Tilley (Toni). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in honor of Jim's dedication to helping others.
