Jerome leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jerome’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jerome will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Krupicka and Vivian Krupicka; his wife Marcy Krupicka; his children, Kristine Lukowski (Raymond) and Joseph Krupicka (Kimmi); his grandchildren, Hannah, Emelia, Keeley and Keera; his goddaughter Paige; and his siblings, Arthur Siemion (Dorothea), Reneta Iversen (Paul) and Lisa Dimery (late John).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Randall Oaks Clubhouse (4101 Binnie Rd, West Dundee, IL 60118).
