She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lutzow and Rita Lutzow; her husband Jim Mellom; and her brother Tom. She is survived by: her daughters, Becky Russow (Jason) and Kristi Abitua; her grandchildren, Lexi Daugherty (Colin), Alyssa, Alyson and Tony Russow; her great grandchildren, Brynlee and Jett Daugherty; and her siblings, Rick Lutzow, Jerry Lutzow (Jodi), Lori Butler, Mary McConnell (Pat), Ed Lutzow (Nikki) and Bob Lutzow (Maria).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, July 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM and on Monday, July 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, July 21st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (845 W Main St, West Dundee, IL 60118).
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that Masses be offered in Nancy's memory or that memorial donations be made to a no-kill animal shelter or pet rescue of the donor's choice, reflecting her love for animals.
