She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Vanderford and Sybil Vanderford; her daughter Julie Mensik; and her grandson Andrew Mensik. She is survived by: her husband Charles Mensik; her children, Pamela Hutton, Rebecca Adhitiya (Reza) and Steven Mensik; and her grandchildren, Timothy Teran, Madeline Perez, Jessica Teran, Katherine Perez and Olivia Perez.
