She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Armstrong and Sarah Ruth Armstrong (Goodpasture); her husband Rocky Bright; her sister Virginia Spurlock; and her son John Armstrong.
She is survived by: her sons, Christopher, Robert (Rebecca Hanson) and Michael Bright (Dawn Boyd); her sisters-in-law, Jackie Price (Pee Wee Price) and Pam Willis (John Kelso); and her grandchildren, Madison Williams, Toni Bright and Olivia Bright. She is also survived by four great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Union Funeral Home (213 E Oak St, West Frankfort, IL 62896). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
