She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Bowers and Pearl Bowers; her family Larry; her husband Larry Owsley of Orient; her children, Thomas Owsley and Deborah Moore; her grandson David Owsley; and her siblings, Eudora Loewe, Laura Pettis, Helen Ray, Delores McColgan, Barbara Palmer, Lynda Grizzell, Floyd Bowers, Robert Bowers and Charles Bowers.
She is survived by: her daughter Donna Lindquist; her grandson Chad Owsley (Krittiya Yomwilai); her daughter-in-law Patricia Owsley; and her sisters-in-law, Velma Bowers and Linda Bowers. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
