She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Margaret Lamb and James Lamb; her husband David Woods; her children, Amy Rice (Todd) of Carmi, Angie Woods of Chesterfield and Andy Woods of West Frankfort, Illinois.; her grandchildren, Matthew Rice of Chicago and Megan Rice of Smyrna, Tennessee.; her siblings, James Earl Lamb (Lynn) of St. Charles, Karen Wiseman of Port Charlotte and Kathy Phelps (Larry) of Eldorado, Illinois.; her sisters-in-law, Marilyn Hisgen of Loveland and Jerry Lynn Hindman (Richard) of Carmi; her uncle William Mabry; her friends, Jody Kimmel and Gayla Mondino; her parents-in-law, George and Agnes Woods; and her brother-in-law Robert Hisgen.

Memorial contributions can be made to Trinity Methodist Church and will be accepted at the funeral home.
