He was predeceased by: his parents, Arnold "Doc" Kelley and Maggie Kelley (Cooper); his son Elmo Lee Kelley Jr.; and his brother Glen Kelley. He is survived by: his granddaughter Lacey Kelley of Pinckneyville; his great grandchildren, Whyatt Holland and Rylee Lueker of Pinckneyville; his siblings, Faron Kelley of Sesser, Ronnie Kelley of Buckner, Lisa Absher of Benton and JoAnn Helvey of Pinckneyville; and his former wife Lois Kelley of West Frankfort. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

Friends may make memorials to the donors choice and will be accepted at the funeral home.
