He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Avery and Virginia Avery (Willis); his wife Mae Avery; and his stepfather Wayne Dawson. He is survived by: his daughters, Tammy Morgan and Tresa Storto (Kelly); his grandchildren, Wesley Morgan (Taylor), Lexi Morgan and Zach Tedrow; his great grandchildren, Ivy, Ames, Briella, Carter, Creed, Rhys and Jude; and his siblings, Gary Avery (Sherry), Marsha Branca (Bob) and Lou Ellen Forrest (Ryan).
Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois and will be accepted at the funeral home.
