With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joe E. Wilkinson of West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on May 15, 2025 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Joe may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Joe touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Herschel Bryan and Mary Eugenia Wilkinson (Buswell). He is survived by: his wife Sharron Howell; his son Greg; and his siblings, Mary Louise Drew and Warren Wilkinson. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
