He was predeceased by: his father George Owens; his grandparents, Edward, Fannie Owens, Alfred and Rose Conro (Herrmann); and his sister Sherrill Jean Owens.
He is survived by: his mother Sally Owens (Conro); his daughter Rose Marie Owens; his brothers, Rick and Tom Owens; and his nieces, Desirae, Crystal, Maranda, Alexis and McKenzie.
