It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Winner of West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on April 11, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Hall and Mildred Imogene Hall (Silevan); her husband Ronald Winner; and her brother Joe Hall. She is survived by: her son James Hoppers (Gail); her siblings, Gilbert Browning (Dawn), Michael Todich, Greg Hall and Theresa Patton; her grandchildren, Joe, Melissa Hoppers, James and Casey Hoppers; and her great grandchildren, Greg, Madison, Jacob and Lucas.
