He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Tim Blackburn and Vicky Blackburn (Stanley); his grandfathers, Bill Blackburn and Leonard Stanley; his cousin Benjie Kee; his wife Rachel Blackburn (Clark); his daughters, Kyleigh, Braylin and Allaina; his sisters, Crystal Tyson (Michael) and Leanna Alexander (Nathan); his nieces and nephews, Noaah Grace Tyson, Alana Grace Alexander, Eli Tyson and Adrain Alexander; and his grandmothers, Rosemary Blackburn and Judith Stanley. He was also cherished by many uncles, aunts, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Union Funeral Home (213 E Oak St, West Frankfort, IL 62896). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
