She was predeceased by: her parents, George Hubbard and Hope Hubbard (Hewlett); and her sons, Scott Maddox and Kevin Maddox. She is survived by: her husband Birtus Maddox; her son Art Maddox (Wendy) of West Frankfort; her grandchildren, Ashley Beckam, Jennifer Maddox and Jeffery Shillito; and her sister Talpha Wooters of Finley. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandson.
