He was predeceased by : his parents, John Loftus Sr. and Jane Loftus (McNelty); and his siblings, Bill, Bernard, John, Joe, Louis Loftus, Millicent Mack, Jane Cook, Mary Hanson and Elizabeth Dunlap. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
