He is survived by: his wife Mercy Meadows; his parents, Charles Meadows and Sue Meadows; his sisters, Emilee Smith (Curtis), Kaylee Miller (Kaleb) and Jewlee Perry (Christian); and his grandparents, Geneva Walker and Robert Meadows. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
