Ronald Edgar Turner Obituary

The memory of Ronald Edgar Turner of West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on October 11, 2025 at the age of 78, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Edgar and Virginia Louise Turner (McArdle); his wife Shelia Kay Brown; and his brother Johnnie Turner. He is survived by: his children, Brian Turner (Holli) and Heather Obil; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Alana, Nick, Noah and Paisley; his sister Karen Kay Hankins; his niece Rachel Hankins; his brother-in-law Tom Brown (Jan); and his close friend Janet Brown. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Boner Cemetery.
