He was predeceased by: his mother Pearl Nolen; his sister Elaine Frazier; and his siblings-in-law, Jo Ann Nolen, Nancy Overturf and John Thomas.
He is survived by: his father Roy Nolen; his wife Zina Lee Nolen (Reach); his children, Douglas Nolen (Susan) of Benton, Liza Nolen of West Frankfort and Bill Nolen of West Frankfort; his grandchildren, Grant Nolen (Julie), Gavin Nolen (Madaline), Emily Culbreth (Nick), Allyson Kerley (Ethan), Kelsey Anthis (Jared), Mackenzie Nolen (Dylan Randolph) and Samantha Nolen; his great grandchildren, Hazel Nolen, Calvin Culbreth, Ossie Nolen, Archer Culbreth, Noah Kerley, Ben Kerley, Jack Nolen, Cooper Randolph and Millie Nolen; his brothers, Don Nolen (Lora) and Tom Nolen (Carla); and his brother-in-law John Reach (Holly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
