She is survived by: her children, Steve Forgatch, Beth Conner (Rick), Todd Forgatch (Ngoc Ahn), Amy Seifert (Steve) and Jay Forgatch (Monica); her grandchildren, Jamie Mclaren (Jason), Adam Conner (Kailee), Sydney Forgatch, Katie Hefner (Tim), Sean Forgatch, Bricen Forgatch (Samantha), Tony Forgatch, Asher Forgatch, Faye Forgatch, Caty Pearce (Dale), Andy Siefert (Marissa) and Ben Siefert (Olivia); and her great grandchildren, Chase McLaren (Taigan), Lexi Ray (Matt), Kaide Dorris, Will Hefner, Knox Conner, Luke Hefner, Ramsie Conner, Cora Hefner and Vinny Forgatch.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 24th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Reedy Funeral Home (604 E Main St, West Frankfort, IL 62896).
