It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Susan Elaine Chismar of West Frankfort, Illinois, who passed away on November 8, 2025, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Prusaczyk and Rosalee Prusaczyk (Beal); and her husband George. She is survived by: her children, Julie Edington (Dennis) and John Chismar (Vickie); her brothers, John Prusaczyk, Mark Prusaczyk (Jennifer) and Anthony Prusaczyk; and her grandson Max Edington.
