He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, John C. Garner and Daphine Gilley Garner; his wife Jan Garner of West Frankfort; his son Jamey Garner (Geralyn) of New Smyrna Beach, FL; his brother Kenneth Garner of Wichita, Kansas; and his aunt Oquilla Rogers of Jonesboro. He was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and many friends.
