She is survived by: her daughter Ann Mechalle "Shelley"; her husband Harold Woolard of West Frankfort; her son-in-law Darren Pyle of Johnston City; her granddaughters, Alyssa (Caleb Welch), Ashley (Brendan Mings) and Alexis (Daniel Kash); her great grandchildren, Jemma Welch, Stevie Kash, Jovie Welch, Romy Welch, Krue Kash, Palmer Mings, Porter Mings, Dayton Kash and Campbell Kash; her brothers, Leroy Melvin (Mary), Glen Melvin (Marlene) and Calvin Melvin (Diane); her aunt Kay Hoover; her uncle Weldo Williams (Dorothy); and her siblings-in-law, Jack Woolard (Tammy), Gayla Woolard, Nancy Woolard and Carolyn Kuba. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
