He was predeceased by : his parents, William A. Covey and Ruth E. Covey (Joiner). He is survived by : his son William Bryan Covey of West Frankfort, Illinois; his grandchildren, Katelyn Covey of Marion, Illinois and Gene Covey of Marion, Illinois; and his half-sister Lynn Hansen of Florida.
