Denise Marie Wirth Obituary

With sadness, we share the passing of Denise Marie Wirth of West Peoria, Illinois. Denise, born on June 3, 1952, passed away on October 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Madigan and Berne Ulick; her stepfather Rexford Cumming; and her siblings, Victoria Wherley and Scott Michael Hanshaw.

She is survived by: her children, Tiffany Church (Tyler), Stephanie Mueller (Nathan) and Blake Wirth (Misty); her grandchildren, Taylor Church, Colby Mueller, Kendall Mueller and Quinn Mueller; her brother Michael Madigan (Candy); and her pet Rizzo.

Visitation was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Davison-Fulton Woodland Chapel (2021 N University St, Peoria, IL 61604). A funeral service was held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
