With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joan Ann Chittenden of West Peoria, Illinois, born in Hoboken, New Jersey, who passed away on May 17, 2024 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Joan Ann Chittenden to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Vincent LaTour and Edna LaTour (Stigler); her grandson Sean Thomas Burgess; and her siblings, Robert LaTour, Edward LaTour and Dorothy Mutschler.

She is survived by : her children, Joseph LaTour (Darla) of Ava, Bryan Brown (Lisa) of Lewistown and Kellie Eduvas (Rob) of Le Claire, Iowa; her grandchildren, Rikki Grassel (Robert) of Auburndale, Jacob Brown of Washington, Shelby Burgess of Manito, Heidi Daniels (Aaron) of Broken Arrow, Josh LaTour (Courtney) of Ava and Drew Brown of Goldsboro; her great grandchildren, Christopher Burgess, Parker Burgess, Carter Brown, Avery Burgess, Henley Grassel, Dawson Brown, Hudson Daniels and Harlow Daniels; and her sister Mary Hobson of Batavia.

A memorial service was held on Tuesday, May 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Preston-Hanley Funeral Home & Crematory (500 N 4th St, Pekin, IL 61554).
