He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen Alonzo Allen and Lora Belle Williams; his wife Bonnie Vance; his siblings, Howard Allen, Larry Allen, Marjorie Franklin and Shirley Miller; and his sisters-in-law, Judy Rund and Jo Vance.
He is survived by: his children, Teresa Snodgrass (Tim) of West Point, Ron Allen (Elizabeth) of Huntsville, Al and Deb Bozarth (Jeff) of West Point; his grandchildren, Erica Vyhnanek (Jason), Courtney McCarty (Nick), Michael Allen, Brandon Carl (Julie Garrett), Allegra Allen and Riley Bozarth; his stepgrandchildren, Jessica Shaver (Danny), Jenna VerDught (Josh), Emma Bozarth and Dalton Snodgrass; and his brothers-in-law, Bob, Jeff Vance, Bill Miller and Kevin Rund. He is also survived by many great grandchildren, step great grandchildren.
