He is survived by: his wife Tammy Yates of West Point, IL; his children, Brandi Pittman (Robert) of West Point, IL and James Yates (Deanna) of West Point, IL; his grandchildren, Destiny, Karlee, Ryan Alred, Ryker Pittman, Annika, Aiken and Aliza Yates; and his sisters, Debbie Elgert (Bill), Iris Cournoyer and Sharon Castro (David). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
