She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Lomas and Pearl Lomas; her son Dennis Ray Clark; her former husband Floyd Summerfield; her sisters, Opal Dorman and Irene Dorman; and her great grandchild Keeton Mewes.
She is survived by: her daughter Opal; her husband Robert Potts; her stepdaughter Patty; her uncle Lester Tucker; her children, Patti Michels (Max) of Albion, Beverly Hall of West Salem and Gary Harrison of Roseburg; her stepdaughters, Deborah Potts of Lawrenceville and Lori Wilbourne (Johnathan) of Bridgewater, IA; and her cousin Ann. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, seven step-grandchildren, and many great grandchildren, nine nieces and nephews.
Memorials can be made to Edwards County Council on Aging, West Salem First Christian Church, or Macedonia Cemetery.
