He is survived by: his father Karl Alan; his wife Melody (Luthe); his children, Konner August Case and Katelyn Elizabeth Case; his mother Katheryn Robilee Case (Taylor); his brother Kyle Taylor Case (Mariah); his sister-in-law Erin Case; his nieces and nephews, Kolter, Keaton, Emerysn, Ellany, Kaiser, Kollin, Markus, Ember and Rafe; his mother-in-law Leslie Luthe (Linder); and his grandmother Eleanor Case Ephraim.
