She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Armstrong; her parents, Helen Scobey Harvey and William Henry Harvey; her daughter Virginia Mae "Ginny" Francis; and her brother William R. Harvey.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Autumn Francis, Zach Francis and Bree Francis; her son-in-law Shawn Francis; and her siblings, Robert Harvey of Moline and Ellen Graham of Moline.
