He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Evans and Zola Evans; his former wives, Jan Evans and Ruby Evans; his stepson Jim LaVigne; and his siblings, Wayne Evans, Sylvia Stephen, Vivian Miller, Erma Lynn Angel and Leroy Evans.
He is survived by: his wife Ruby Edith Guyer; his son Bill Evans (Callie); his stepchildren, Kathy Nidey (Gary), Laura Probst (Steve) and Ted LaVigne (Tara); his grandchildren, Piper and Peyton Evans; his stepgrandchildren, Tiffany Ochs (Aaron), Tara Littlejohn (Landon), TeNeal Wallace (Luke), Taylor Pinkston, Kayla Pfeifer (Nick), Emma, Carson, Elizabeth Probst, Skyla Velasco (Hector), Kyle, Kayla Robinson, Christopher, Keith and David LaVigne; and his siblings, Burton Dee Evans (Nancy), Verlin Evans (Linda), Marilyn Wells (Ray), Shirley Dawson and Max Evans (Connie). He is also survived by 12 step-great-grandchildren.
