He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank T. Leisten and Elaine M. Leisten; and his sibling Thomas Leisten. He is survived by: his wife Vickie; his children, Christine Grollo, Jr. (Phillip) and Scott Leisten (Dawn); his grandchildren, Phillip Grollo, III (Olimpia), Gianna Mihic (Matthew), Lisa Marie Grollo (Matthew Eslick) and Jacob Dominic Leisten; his great grandchild Cecilia Christine Mihic; his brothers, Ron Leisten (Carlotta) and Brian Leisten; and his sibling-in-law Gemina Petruzzelli.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Conboy-Westchester Funeral Home (10501 W Cermak Rd, Westchester, IL 60154). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
