He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Georgiana; his children, Russell (Elizabeth) and Randall; his granddaughters, Jennifer Stanko (Jeff) and Julie Zak (Chris); his great grandchildren, Alex, Kayleigh, Caroline, Keira, Kennedy and Hannah; his sister Blanche Tvrdik; his sister-in-law Charlotte Shea; and his nieces, Janet Tvrdik and Pam Tvrdik.

“I just found out that George has died. He was married to my cousin, Georgie, for many years. I have fond memories of him from when I was a child: He would come visit and tell his "groaner" jokes; he was always kind and patient; he was a good husband to my cousin.
