She was predeceased by : her husband Anthony N. Cairo; her child Camille Fumarolo (late Larry); her parents, Angelo Gurrieri and Lucy Gurrieri; and her brother Sam Gurrieri (Teena).

She is survived by : her sons, Anthony Cairo (Pamela) and Robert Cairo; and her grandchildren, Larry Fumarolo (Nicole), Deanna Stern (Rick), Anthony Fumarolo (Jenny), Anthony M. Cairo, Michael F. Cairo (Andrea) and Amanda Jones (Bryan).

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Russo's Hillside Chapels (4500 Roosevelt Rd, Hillside, IL 60162). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the St. John of the Cross Catholic Church (5005 Wolf Rd, Western Springs, IL 60558). An entombment was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at the Queen of Heaven Catholic Cemetery (1400 S Wolf Rd, Hillside, IL 60162).
