We announce the death of Robert Edward Chalifoux of Westchester, Illinois, who passed away on September 27, 2026, at the age of 83. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert S. Chalifoux and Margaret M. Chalifoux (Winters); and his siblings, Mike Chalifoux, Peggy Chalifoux and Rose Chalifoux.
He is survived by: his daughter Michelle Nelson (Scott Nelson); his grandchildren, Callie Nelson, Emma Nelson and Kate Nelson of Atlanta, Georgia.; his friend Sherry Lynch of Arlington Heights, Illinois; his sister-in-law Laurel Chalifoux of Richmond, Virginia.; Ann Chalifoux of Honolulu, Hawaii, Kathleen Chalifoux of St. Charles, Illinois, Chris Chalifoux (Nancy) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Marguerite Chalifoux of San Francisco, California. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
