She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. Kugelard; and her siblings, Joseph Pietrzak (late Diane) and Theresa Petrigala. She is survived by: her children, David Kugelard, Linda Nicholas (Vito) and Glenn Kugelard (Tracey); her grandchildren, Brittany Bosley (Bradley), Danika Kugelard, Cheyanne Nicholas, Jackson and Carter Kugelard; and her great grandchildren, Mason, Samuel, Savannah, Connor and Donald.
