She was predeceased by: her spouse Gurrie Rhoads; and her brother Joseph Bican, Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Robert Welsch (Megan), Lori Gibson (Tim), Lisa Julien and Tom Welsch; her stepchildren, Cyndi, Geoff, Laura and Bryan Rhoads; her sister Janice Gaydos (Hank); and her parents, Sylvia Bican and Joseph Bican. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
