He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Amanda Sim (Blayne) and Adam Swiatek; his brother James Swiatek (Carol); his nephew John Swiatek (Lisa); his nieces, Emily Keblusek (Joseph) and Catherine Ratajczak (Thomas); and his adored grand-pup Rosie.
