He was predeceased by: his wife Elsie; his parents, Tom Jilek and Emma Jilek; and his brother Otto (Irene). He is survived by: his daughters, Anita Jilek Weissman (late Larry), Sandra Jilek Meyer (Tom) and Alicia Jilek Leahy (Mark); his great grandchildren, Elsie, Cormac, Sullivan Mulloy, Joshua, Jacob Meyer, Haden and Piper Hubbarth; and his sister Rita (Dick). He is also survived by children, grandchildren, friends and extended family.
