He was predeceased by: his sister-in-law Barbara Manghelli (Don); and his parents, William Arthur and Marie Nihill. He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Marge" Nihill; his children, Barbara Nihill, William Nihill (Sally), Jerry Nihill (Deanna) and Julie Lewis (Michael); his grandchildren, Katie (Sean), Gretchen, Tess, Emma (Zack), Sam, Annie Nihill and Jack Lewis; his cousin Richard Sweetman (Barbara); his nieces and nephews, Mary Pat, Terry, Dan, Larry, Barbara, Richard, Laurie Mala and Marty Manghelli; and also Joan Melligan. He is also survived by extended family.
In lieu of flowers, contributions would be appreciated to either Mayslake Retirement Village or the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation.
