She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Wayne Cox and Erma S. Cox (Carlen); her spouse Othie Samuel Hunt, Jr.; and her children, Jennifer Jo Hunt and Clint Edward Hunt.
She is survived by: her sons, Jerry Hunt (Aubrey) of Westfield, IL and Darrin; her grandchildren, Charlotte Hunt, Jackson Hayes, Logan Stutesman (Alex), Lyndsy Ferguson (Jerad), Lance Hunt (Katie) and Luke Hunt (Brittany); her great grandchildren, Collin, AJ Stutesman, Walker, Sawyer Ferguson, Grace and Arthur Hunt; her sister Ruth Ann Finley (Tom) of Greenup, IL; and her sisters-in-law, Ann Shafer of Charleston, IL, Eva Irwin of Murfreesboro, TN and Barb Kuykendall (Larry) of Kansas, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Markwell Funeral Home (200 N Central Ave, Casey, IL 62420). A funeral service was held on Monday, December 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
