He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Robert Volin and Eleanor Volin; his siblings, Louise Herman (Lloyd) and Kenneth Volin (Linda); his siblings' children, Ben Carlson (Anna), James and Natalie Volin; and his cousins, Barb, Jim, Meg, MaryAnn and John.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 5th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the Adams-Winterfield & Sullivan Funeral Home & Cremation Services (4343 Main St, Downers Grove, IL 60515). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary of Gostyn Parish (445 Prairie Ave, Downers Grove, IL 60515). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery (20953 W Hoff Rd, Elwood, IL 60421).
