In the sacred silence of farewell, Nancy MacKenzie is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Caton and Charles Caton; and her siblings, Janet Caton and Robert Caton. She is survived by: her husband John Garcia; her son Michael MacKenzie (Kelly); her grandchildren, Liam, Aidan, Finnegan and Mairin; and her sister Linda Caton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 11th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Knollcrest Funeral Home (1500 S Meyers Rd, Lombard, IL 60148). A prayer will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 8:45 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, June 12th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Our Lord Catholic Church (314 Summit Ave, Oakbrook Terrace, IL 60181).
