He is survived by: his wife Nancy Annicella of Westmont, Illinois; his children, Christine Annicella (Craig Carman), William (Stephanie Annicella), Vicki Heneghan (Martin Heneghan) and Leah Annicella (Charles Yesker); his close friends, Grace Kikkebusch (Jackson Reed), Alexandra Hoffmann (Carl), Isabel Carman (Keegan O'Donald), Liam Heneghan (Maria Rubin), Ellen Carman (Sam Brooks), Quinn Yesker, Andrew Heneghan, Jeremy Annicella, Caroline Heneghan and Olivia Yesker; his great grandchildren, Audrey Hoffmann and William Hoffmann; and his sisters, Angela Amendola and Jo-Marie Annicella-Gagala. He is also survived by his grandchildren and their spouses.
