He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony J. Pasierb and Margaret Pasierb (Reano); his grandparents, Antone, Agnes Pasierb, Louis and Edith Reano; and his great-nephew Kyle Oakes.
He is survived by: his sister Darlene Oakes (Gary); his nieces and nephews, Cari Lewis (Robert), Doug Oakes (Melissa), Shelby Hughes (Dylan), Logan Oakes (Kali) and Carson Lewis; Astella Alpers, Baker Hughes, Baby Oakes, Isabella Pichon, Beau Hughes and Elliott Alpers.
Visitation was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center (414 S State St, Westville, IL 61883). A graveside service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Sts. Peter and Paul Cemetery (11708 1670 East Rd, Westville, IL 61883).
In lieu of flowers the family wishes that donations be made to Westville Legion Post 51 Honor Guard.
