He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis "Ale" Sumila and Mary Sumila (Adams); and his friends, William "Ozzie" and Julia Oswalt. He is survived by: his wife Connie Sumila (Huttsell); his children, Kenneth McAllister, Tara Brickley and Danell Edgett (Tony); and his siblings, Robert "Bob" Sumila (Donna) and Toni Anne Stella. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, Schlarman Academy in Danville, or St. Mary's Catholic Church in Westville.
