She is survived by: her parents, Steven Benson and Mickie Benson; her children, Chloe Marie Sager (Mark), Wyatt William Sager and Sophie Marie Sager (Zeke); her parents-in-law, William and Brenda Sager; her siblings, Steven William Benson II (Andrea) and Sarah Elizabeth Benson (David); her brother-in-law Nick Sager (Darcy); her nieces and nephews, Sydney Stuckey (Trevor), Brayden Benson, Leyla Benson, Myles Benson, Theresa Halloran, Graysen Halloran, Quinn Sager and Norah Sager; her grandmother Jenny Neal; her friends, Tim and Sarah Franklin; her cousins, Jacob Bowers (Rachelle), Andria Pawelczak (Bob), Julie Carter (Garland) and Lisa Hendricks (Tad); her uncle Eric Benson; her aunt Nedra Huff (Willard); TJ, Abby, Caleb, Andy, Luke and Julia.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 7th 2026 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grape Creek Baptist Church (13658 Grape Creek Rd, Danville, IL 61834). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, October 8th 2026 at the Greenwood Cemetery (526 E 14th St, Danville, IL 61832).
Laura Marie Sager, 44, of Westville, IL ran into the arms of Jesus on October 1, 2026, at 4:42 a.m. at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, IL.
