He was predeceased by: his parents, Alexander "Bugs" Blazaitis and Gracelee Blazaitis (Williamson). He is survived by: his wife Linda "Lynn" Blazaitis; his children, Adam Blazaitis (Beth) and Nicole McMahan (Chad); his grandchildren, Robert, Isabell Blazaitis, Carli and Alexander McMahan; his brother Todd Blazaitis; his nephew Jon Thornton (Deidra); his great-niece Madison Thornton; and his cousin Carol Riffey.
